My Name is Nobody arrangement
Despite the time crunch, putting together this project was a blast.
1)
First I named all 20 violin parts with different instruments that they were representing. (“Tremolo flute”? I could not think of a better name…)
Artificial harmonics and “trembling” harmonics for the whistling and tremolo flute respectively,
vibrant, brazen sounds for the trumpets,
muted strumming and tapping for the percussion section,
pizzicato for the guitar strums and bass,
and harmonious lines from the “strings” section.
2)
Then, after recording all the parts, I put together the audio using Audacity.
3)
Now the fun part - putting everything together using Final Cut Pro! This was my first time using the software, and I am pretty proud of my first work that I was able to pull together through trial and error.
After my dad added the short video clip from My Name is Nobody, it was completed!
